Why isn't Trellis free, like some care apps?
Free care apps have a habit of shutting down — and taking families' records with them. We charge honestly from day one so the product answers to you, not to advertisers, and so it's still here next year.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Thirty days, every feature, no card. You'll only be asked to subscribe once your family has seen it work.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
The circle goes read-only — nothing is deleted. You can export everything, or reactivate whenever you're ready. Care records are never hostage to a payment.
Can siblings share the cost?
The expense log already gives the family an honest ledger for that conversation. And billing belongs to the circle's owners — make the far-away sibling an owner, and they can be the one who carries the subscription.
Does the caregiver or the neighbor need to pay?
Never. One subscription covers everyone in the circle, whatever their role. Helpers just accept an invitation.
Is the AI included?
