The deal
Trellis gives your family one shared place to organize care. A circle starts with a free 30-day trial; afterwards one subscription covers the whole circle. If a subscription lapses, the circle becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and the owner can export or reactivate at any time.
Not medical advice — not for emergencies
Trellis stores what your family enters. It does not diagnose, prescribe, dose-check, or alert emergency services. Medication schedules and reminders are organizational aids, not clinical systems — always follow the instructions of the treating professionals, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
Your responsibilities
Invite only people who should see the circle's information, pick roles thoughtfully, keep your sign-in secure (two-factor authentication is available and recommended), and make sure what you record is accurate. The circle owner is responsible for deciding who joins and for export/deletion choices.
Our responsibilities
We protect your circle's data as described in the privacy policy, keep audit trails honest, process payments only through Stripe-hosted pages, and never lock your records behind a lapsed subscription.
Ending things
Cancel anytime from the billing portal — the circle turns read-only when the paid period ends. Owners can delete a circle permanently, and members can leave a circle or delete their account whenever they choose.
