At most one gentle observation per brief (a med running late for days, a quiet journal), computed by plain code — the AI only phrases it, and the owner can mute any observation kind.

Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm, and every confirmed card goes through the exact same rules as the regular forms. Ambiguity becomes a question, never a guess.

Camera Intake

Point the camera at the paperwork

A receipt fills in the expense form. A pharmacy label drafts the medication — shown side by side with the photo for checking. An insurance card names and files itself in the vault.

Photos are transcribed and immediately discarded — never stored, never used for anything else. The label scan transcribes; it never advises.

Ask the circle a question in plain English and get an answer built only from records you're allowed to see — every sentence linking to the entries it came from, so you can check it yourself.

Questions and answers are never stored. Medical-judgment questions get a respectful no plus what's actually recorded — Trellis retrieves, it never advises.

The substitute-caregiver one-pager

A respite sitter starts tomorrow? Print one honest page: who they're caring for, the med times, the routines, this week's appointments, and the recent notes worth reading.

Built at the caregiver's own visibility — legal and financial material can't appear on it by construction. It prints; there are no share links to leak.

Expense Insight

The statement that checks itself

One tap reviews the month: entries missing receipts, possible duplicates, categories worth tightening — plus a short written review for the family member doing the paperwork.

Checks are computed by code. Exported statements stay exactly as recorded — generated text never enters a reimbursement document, and coverage language stays honest: many policies differ, check your own.
